We live in an old Victorian style farmhouse, so choosing fixtures that make sense for a house of that style and from that period, helps bring kind of a cohesive feel to the overall design of our house.Well, it’s a pretty rustic/basic Victorian style farmhouse right now on the outside, but I’m hoping to bring a little more polish to it eventually!
So that’s what I went with.Quality and Price. The good news is that beautiful bathroom fixtures are available in just about every style and at every price point.
I would recommend going with a trusted brand like.who actually makes many different lines of fixtures at every price point, but who you know will always provide a quality product that will stand the test of time.
Which particular product you choose will really depend on your budget and your vision for your space, but it’s worthwhile to have faucets, towel bars, and tub fillers that will feel like a quality product each time you use them and won’t start to rattle and fall apart on you after a year of use.. All of the fixtures in our bathroom, including the faucets, the towel bar, and ring, the tub filler, the knobs and drawer pulls, and even the toilet paper holder are from the amazing Weymouth line from Moen.
The quality and craftmanship on these pieces is really superior and I think it really shows in our bathroom!.I think these were so successful because of the type of moss that I happened to pick up.
It’s kind of got these long, twisty strands that lock together nicely the more you coax them into shape. And it also happened to be the cheapest kind of moss at the craft store!
Here’s the label.. No fancy specialty mosses for me!Plain and simple.
